| Tasting Experience | Presented as a "decadent Super food", this bar has a special positioning. The informational packaging stresses the all that is not chocolate in the bar, the spirulina, the match tea etc. There is in fact not much flavor coming out when opening air tight wrapper. The dark bar melts nicely in the mouth producing first a sweet sensation with chocolate aroma. Fortunately there just distant hint of the spirulina acid scent. The texture is nicely soft with just a few small cacao nibs which only enhance the cacao sensation. The after taste is not very long, chocolaty and sweet. Overall, a surprising pleasant experience; although considering their percentage, the "super food" effects remain to be proven. |
