Tasting Experience | A wonderful fruity, spicy and balanced chocolate. The stylist Marou package reflects the Vietnamese source of these cacao beans. The first sensation while melting is cacao, then fruits followed by gentle spicy notes. Further down some acidity comes-up to enhance the fruitiness of the Trinatario. The texture is perfect to distribute these aromas in a progressive and sustained manner. The after taste is long in fruits and cacao. Overall, an excellent full sensation chocolate bar. |
