Tasting Experience Opening the elegant black inside wrapper delivers a strong earthy and fruity flavour. No hint of sugar in this bar. The high cacao % produces a strong chocolatey and earthy aroma. It is not as fruity as the other "Arriba" chocolate bars. Probably because in includes some "Nacional" beans which do have some acidity. Melting nicely in the mouth some roasted nuts feelings come-up alongside some bitterness, due, again, to the high cacao %. For the same reason, the after taste is strong and long lasting but slightly acid. Overall, an excellent bar for people appreciating bitter chocolate. Probably an high antioxidant intake.
