Tasting Experience | Whoa!! When opening this chocolate bar a wealth of wonder flavors escapes. Cacao is obviously first and a hint of spices and sweet fruits. While melting nicely, a hint of acidity appears to enhance the very soft sweetness in the fruit garden aromas. The fruitiness is in the shape of plum and prunes. The after taste is lingering and remains strong in cacao notes. The texture is perfectly structured between creaminess and seriousness. This is an extra extraordinary and wonderful bar for those who like strong cacao sensation. |

A strikingly beautiful, calm flavor. I opened the package expecting a normal, pleasant variation of dark chocolate flavor. Instead I experienced a “stop and smell the roses” moment. I like sweets, but this was a quiet surprise. I don’t normally gush over a sweet, this one just got to me. Thank you, Pralus.
Thank you Loanne for your comments. François Pralus is undoubtedly in the top 3 or 4 best Chocolate makers in Europe.
