Tasting Experience Fresco is a Washington State based company making bean to bar chocolates in small batches. They tell you on each bar, not only the source the bean, but also if they had a light, medium or dark roast and if the mix underwent a long, medium, subtle conching or none at all. This bar from Madagascar (Sambirano region) offers a fruity and light chocolatey aroma on opening the small package. It melts nicely in the mouth widening the flavours to floral and earthy notes. The texture is close to ideal with a soft but consistent structure. The long conching produces a soft aroma without aggressiveness. The after taste is long but remains soft and gentle. Overall, the unique and marvellous experience.
