Tasting Experience | This "artisanal" bar from Marou delivers a somewhat subdue aroma when opening the wrapper. Mostly chocolaty, the identifiable flavors include tobacco and hints of spices. While melting, the solid bar delivers more of the same strong bitter cacao flavor with smoky notes and a hint of acidity to enhance the whole experience. The texture is solid rather than creamy. The after taste is long and strong. Overall a very chocolate from an exotic place. |
