Tasting Experience The nice "Pralus" wrapper delivers a gentle aromas of cacao, earthiness and some copper notes. While melting, these are re-enforced by the excellent texture and some fruitiness can be felt among the very mild cacao bitterness where some smokiness can be notes. The after taste is long and mostly cacao. Overall an excellent complex chocolate bar for chocolate "aficionados".
