Tasting Experience | The aluminum foil opens on very dark chocolate bar with freeing a strong cacao flavor with hints of coffee. While melting in the mouth the solid texture delivers gradual clear cacao sensations with acidic notes that enhance the slightly nutty notes. A short burst of bitterness can be identified on the finish. The after taste is rather long and strong. Overall an excellent chocolate bar that will please taste buds in search of unmitigated cacao sensations. |
