Tasting Experience | This range of "Excellence" chocolate bars are Lindt's up-market line of bars. This 70% cacao was the start of the range. Opening the foil wrapper delivers a mix of flavours including earthy, chocolaty, sugary, some acidity and a hint of tobacco. All real but rather weak. The bar breaks nicely and melts while confirming these aromas. The texture is creamy and smooth. The after taste reveals some acidity well covered by the predominant earthy flavour. Overall a good chocolate experience. |
