Cacao Flavor | Strong |
Acidity | nonexistent |
Roasted Nuts | Strong |
Bitterness | Moderate |
Fruitiness | Moderate |
Tasting Experience | On opening, the air-tight wrapper lets escape a strong cacao flavor with sweet notes. While melting, the very creamy texture distills added roasted nut sensations with citrus based fruity notes on the finish. The after taste is long, as expected from a pure Trinatario, and mostly chocolatey without the nutty scents of the beginning. Overall an excellent chocolate for tasters liking fruity cacao in a very creamy texture. |
