Opening the nice Amano wrapper delivers a rich mix of aromas that are altogether chocolatey, sweet, fruity and more, without ever being too much of any. The Bergamot flavour with its orange and tea connotations comes out first. Then a fruity and flowery mix including notes of roses, maybe strawberries. The texture is well balanced between softness and richness, contributing to a long fruity after taste. Many chocolate bars have wonderful aromas and scents but this one feels like it has them all. If other great bars are wonderful quartets, this "Dos Rios" bar is a complete orchestra playing a magical symphony. The whole experience is unique. |
