Tasting Experience | The Strong and elegant wrapper has an artistic drawing of boat making, traditional style, re-inforcing Adam Dick and Dustin Taylor's connection with well crafted productions. The mold produces a superb design producing an elegant first impression at opening. The beans come from the renowned Akesson plantation along the Sambirano river at the North West of Madagascar. The initial sensation is of cacao and earthiness, typical of Malagasy beans. While the well balanced texture melts it delivers a gradual sensation of cane sugar mixed with dried fruits. The after taste is long and focused on the cacao notes. A wonderful chocolate bar! |
