Tasting Experience | This bar is all about handicraft. The decorative wrapper opens on a dark brown chocolate bar with a cacao flavour strongly tinted by acidity and an earthy feeling. While melting, the rather grainy texture delivers a cocktail of chocolatey earthiness with strong acidity. The after taste is somehow sweeter with hints of coffee on the finish. Overall, a good chocolate for those who like strong sensations. |
