Tasting Experience | This bar made of Peruvian cacao is excellent. Thanks to Hotel Chocolat's long conching, it delivers extra fruity flavours in a soft and pleasing texture. The gently shiny slab breaks with a clear snap. Then, it melts in the mouth in a few second while delivering a strong fruity flavour. I could not identify any bitterness, which helped generate a soft and long lasting after taste. A unique experience well worth the money. |
