Tasting Experience	The large chocolate bar is wrapped in a nice pinky foil, inside a very elegant yellow/creamy cardboard box. On opening the foil a pleasant fruity aroma with vanilla notes comes-up. The bar bears the same elegant signature “Chocolaterie”. While melting in the mouth, clear fruity flavors are delivered by the well balanced texture. Red berries mixed with sweet leather. The after taste is long and consistent with the main fruity identity. No acidity can be identified. Overall , a great chocolate experience for those appreciating lightness in the mouth.
