Tasting Experience | The typical "Hotel Chocolat" sleeve opens on the black and grey aesthetic wrapper. When opening it, the first flavors are some acidity and cacao aromas. The texture is rather creamy without being oily, and delivers a progression of cacao sensations enhanced by the pervasive light acidity and growing cacao bitterness. There is a hint of fruit scents joining the mix at the finish. The after taste is long and focused on the cacao and bitterness. Overall a very good chocolate. We always appreciate "Hotel Chocolat" 's details such as roasting and conching times. |
