Tasting Experience The very strong chocolaty flavor escaping when opening the "envelope" identifies a bitter chocolate. In the mouth the chocolaty bitterness is joined by spicy notes mixed with earthy flavors. Further down, a mild copper or leather aroma can be felt while a hint of acidity comes out. The after taste is long and mostly bitter cacao. Overall an excellent strong chocolate for people who appreciate complex "basic" sensations.
