Tasting Experience | The large chocolate bar is wrapped in a nice pinky foil, inside a very elegant baby blue cardboard box. On opening the foil a pleasant fruity aroma with strong cacao notes, typical of the Papoua New Guinea varieties. The bar itself bears the elegant signature “Chocolaterie”. The texture is well balanced and creates a good flavor dispensing process. While melting in the mouth, the fruity notes are joined by more earthy and even woody sensations that pleasantly enhance the constant cacao flavor. Distant tobacco emotions can be felt once the chocolate dissolves. The after taste is long and consistent with the main cacao fruity identity. No acidity can be identified, just a pleasant weak bitterness to underline the cacao's strength. Overall , a great chocolate experience for those looking for cacao feelings and a good example of Papua-New Guinea beans |
