| Tasting Experience | When opening the bar a strong sweet and milk flavour immediately comes out. The bar is pale brown and breaks nicely. It melts easily in the mouth, confirming the high sugar contain. The beans may well be from the Dominican Republican and must be Forrastero because the bar has acidity and lacks any fruitiness. The after taste is more sugar than cacao. This is more a chocolate flavoured sugar bar than a chocolate bar with sugar. Definitely eatable, but more by sugar lovers rather than chocolate lovers. |
