Eating it | Although designed as "Couverture" chocolate for cooking, the palets are good to eat. The smell is primarely roasted nuts and chocolatey. The pallet melts nicely in the mouth delievering some bitterness together with a hint of acidity while presevering the strong chocolatey/roasted aroma.
