Tasting Experience The air-tight Marcolini wrapper releases a strong cacao flavor supported by the typical Forastero acidity notes. While melting, the cacao nibs included in the bar provide pleasant crunchiness that enhances the chocolatey sensations. Oaky notes and hints of fuits aromas can be identified. The chocolatey after taste is rather long. Overall a very good robust chocolate bar that will be appreciated by tasters who like bitter cacao sensations.
