Tasting Experience | The wrapper delivers a gentle chocolatey aroma with traces of sugar. The bar melts nicely in the mouth confirming the chocolatey flavour, typical of beans form Ecuador. However, these can not be the fruity "Arriba" that are much better and "flowery". The texture is extremely soft. The after taste is moderately long and pleasantly chocolatey.The bean variety isn't specified, probably a mix of CCN-51 and the generic Forastero "nacional". Overall, a good chocolate. |
