All the cocoa arrive in Voiron from the best plantations in the world as beans, in order to be roasted and converted into these chocolate bars that you are about to discover, compare and enjoy. (Translated from French) This rich and flavourful cacao creates very chocolatey sensations that move toward acidulate fruits. Produced by growers supported by the French Association “Veterinarian without borders”, your gustative pleasures, together with Bonnat Chocolate’s help, contribute to wide ranging economical and social project. Tasting Experience | There are amazingly few flavors coming out when you open the package. Cacao can be identified but with limited other aromas. The creamy Bonnat texture is here very creamy. There must be slightly more cacao butter than usual that creates a strong wealthy sensation in the mouth. It also allows for more gradual delivery of the aromas, among which one can identify earthy wood and roasted nuts. There is some fruity accent on the finish. The after taste is long, probably due to the cacao butter. Overall, a strong cacao exprience. |
