BAR TASTING

Sugar Flavor nonexistent
Cacao Flavor Very strong
Acidity nonexistent
Roasted Nuts Moderate
Bitterness Moderate
Fruitiness Moderate
Tasting Experience There are amazingly few flavors coming out when you open the package. Cacao can be identified but with limited other aromas. The creamy Bonnat texture is here very creamy. There must be slightly more cacao butter than usual that creates a strong wealthy sensation in the mouth. It also allows for more gradual delivery of the aromas, among which one can identify earthy wood and roasted nuts. There is some fruity accent on the finish. The after taste is long, probably due to the cacao butter. Overall, a strong cacao exprience.
This bar is Very good
