Tasting Experience | As rare as Cuba beans are, these ones are at the top end. The flavors released at opening are a mix of earthy cacao and oaky flowers. The "Bonnat" specific creamy texture (no emulsifier) complements the gradual appearances of salty nuts, copper and woody flowers. Without being very long, the after taste is pleasantly consistent with hints of fruits on the finish. Overall, an excellent and rare chocolate that will please the discerning connoisseur. |
