Maker's comments This intense and creamy 60% cocoa milk chocolate has been subtly combined with high altitude Bolivian Arabica specialty coffee, from Cup of Excellence awarded plantation in Caravani. The high cocoa content of this milk chocolate perfectly partners this elegant coffee: full of character, balanced sweetness yet mellow and rich, reminiscent of a "cafe machiato". The fruitiness, sweetness and high acidity of the coffee elegantly complement the rich and comforting chocolate and deliver you to pure indulgence.

Tasting Experience The smells coming-up when opening the wrapper are essentially, sugar, milk and coffee. The bar breaks nicely and melts also gently. Beside the coffee aroma, the main flavour is sugar and milk, or cream. The texture is also rather creamy for a chocolate bar. Unfortunately, the after taste is not long lasting and is, again, dominated by the sugar and coffee. Overall a good chocolate but I felt there was too much sugar.
