Tasting Experience | Although there is not a lot of flavors when opening the wrapper, this bar from Vietnam delivers a very strong cacao sensation. Melting in the mouth is shows its true essence of strong Trinatario. Despite the rather strong cacao aroma, some fruitiness and hints of spices can be felt. A hint of acidity helps increase the whole experience to a very strong chocolate. The texture is solid without being rough. The after taste is mostly chocolaty and the acidity comes back on the finish. Overall, an excellent chocolate for strong cacao sensations. |
