For generations the cocoa grows in this region has been celebrated for its exceptional qualities. A unique terroir, and ancestral knowhow, a traditional drying method makes this Criollo coca the most wanted in the worldwide. This tiny production makes this a rare product that we are proud to present to you. The chocolate is long on the palate with a fine balance of bitter and acidity with earthy tones.

It is hard not to be blown away by this incredible bar. Even though the provenance of the bean places the bar very high, tasting this bar is a dream. The mains aromas getting out of the elegant package and wrapper when opening are fruity and floral, yet include a notes of cacao bitterness. While melting, the perfect texture delivers a succession of pleasing incremental aromas that go from the initial fruitiness to cacao with a hint of acidity, just to enhance the whole experience. The after taste is exceptionally long and gently cacao. This is a rare and exception tasting experience.
