The rare Sri Lanka beans provide this bar a unique aroma that manages to mix copper, tobacco, jute, flowers and hints of fruit. The opening of the wrapper immediately releases this complex mix that stay during the whole tasting experience. The signature creamy texture of Bonnat, helps slow-down further the diminishing aromas. The after taste is rather long with stringer cacao sensations enhanced by a low acid notes on the finish. Overall, a rare a excellent chocolate that will please the amateurs of complex aromas.
