A superbe chocolate bar, representing all the great beans of the Sambirano Valley. Openning the Valrhona signature wrapper frees a multitude of cacao flavors that include cacao, yellow flowers, red fruits and hints of spices and even tobacco. While the soft and creamy texture melts easily, thanks to the relatively low percentage of cacao, these aromas are enhanced by gentle sweet sensations joined by vanilla notes and more cacao feelings. The after taste is long and pleasant with a summary of these flavours and a hint acidity on the finish. Overall, a superb chocolate that will please discerning taste buds with an inkling for fruity chocolate.
